Productora de Cine Independiente con sede en Lima y Caracas. Creada por Mariana Rondón y Marité Ugás con el objetivo de producir películas de calidad con interés comercial a nivel mundial. Ambas, directoras y guionistas, intercambian el rol de producción en cada nuevo proyecto.
Sus films se han distribuido internacionalmente y recibido presigiosos premios, como POSTALES DE LENINGRADO (Rondón, 2007) Fipresci y Mejor Dirección, Kerala; Mejor Película, Biarritz. EL CHICO QUE MIENTE (Ugás, 2011) estreno en Berlinale Generation; Mejor Película, Flandes; Mejor Guion, La Habana. PELO MALO (Rondón, 2013), Concha de Oro, San Sebastián; Alexander de Bronce, Thessaloniki; Astor de Plata, entre otros 44 premios. Su reciente film CONTACTADO (Ugás, 2020) está en post-producción y cuenta con el apoyo de DAFO, Perú; Sørfond Noruega; IBERMEDIA; ANCINE, Brasil y Mac Dowell Colony, US.
Actualmente tienen en Desarrollo los proyectos ZAFARI (M.Rondón), con apoyo de Fundación Rockefeller- Bellagio Center y Foro de Coproducción del Festival de San Sebastián; VIAJE DE INTERCAMBIO (M.Ugás), premio al mejor proyecto- Ventana del Cine Madrileño; y LOS ROTOS (M.Rondón).
